Biblical Worldviews: What does the Bible say about Politics? Jeremiah 29:5-7

Pastor Rick continues the series Biblical Worldview – Aligning your view of the world with God’s Word! There are some who suggest that politics have no place in the church. An argument can be made that is a true statement, but that doesn’t mean the church shouldn’t be talking about politics. Rick discusses this sometime contentious issue. A sad reality of the modern church is that most Christians do not have a worldview that lines up with the truth of God’s Word. This means that most Christians are more like the world than they are like Jesus. This series is for Christians who seek to have an authentic, living faith. Aligning your view of the world with God's Word! A Barna survey in 2019 found that only 6% of Christian have a biblical worldview. That means that 94% of Christians do not look at the things of the world in a manner that lines up with God's Word. That is not good! Hebrews 11:6 says, "Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." This series of messages seeks to raise our awareness of our own worldview and then compare it to God's perfect Word.
